Dispute Resolution
Any claims arising out of the use of the Iowa Records, LLC Web site shall
be resolved by arbitration in Des Moines, Iowa in accordance with the then
current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The internal laws
of the State of Iowa (other than conflicts of law rules) and of the United
States of America shall apply. A single arbitrator engaged in the practice
